Project: Hybrid Outlet

Once again M&S have commissioned WB Projects on new concept work. Lewisham and Slough stores were converted to become "Hybrid Outlet Stores" where a "separate" selling area was created to offer outlet products under the same roof as the full price offer.

WB Projects' experience of fitting out Full Line and Outlet stores made them an appropriate choice of contractor'

The stores' sales floors have been refurbished and distinctly different "selling environments" installed with new merchandising and operating equipment.

Work was successfully completed in both stores early in 2009.
