Project: Outlet Stores

WB Projects have been involved with the Outlet Team for nearly 3 years, on a variety of Outlet Stores spanning the British Isles from the South - East of England to Scotland and to Northern Ireland.

WB Projects act as a dedicated Principal Contractor from concept through to design, implementation and completion of each project.

Each project varies between 8,000 sq. feet and 20,000 sq. feet in size. The unit may be a newly built retail unit within a new development or it could with an existing retail centre.

Dependant on the square footage, each unit would comprise of a Café Revive, Sales and GM Areas, Till Points, Fitting Rooms and Back of House areas, and on certain Outlet Stores - a Mezzanine area too.

Each project has Mechanical and Electrical, CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems, IT/Data and Voice systems and Shop fitting design carried out and approved by the Outlet Team collectively. Each element is co-ordinated through its own processes by the WB Projects' site team.

Each project is programmed for a period of five to ten weeks depending on its overall size; project restraints and issues. The experienced outlet team work on each of the projects using their knowledge gained from previous contracts.

All contractors will work on a 24 hour shift basis, in order to complete the tight deadlines set out by the retail 'want'.
