Client: Evergreen Primary Care Centre (NHS)Project: RefurbishmentWB Projects successfully completed a two phased project for the NHS, at the Evergreen Primary Care Centre in Edmonton, London. Phase 1 converted existing ground floor space into new consulting rooms. The work involved a full strip out of the existing finishes and furnishings and the installation of new floor coverings, decorations, furniture and IPS Healthcare sanitary ware units with related plumbing and electrical work. All of the work in Phase 1 was carried out on nights, with minimal disruption to the staff and patients. Phase 2 consisted of alterations to existing consulting rooms and the installation of new furniture and specialist medical equipment. In addition the existing open-plan office space was converted to new self-contained office space for management. The works were carried out on days whilst the centre was still operating. Both phases were completed to schedule, budget and programme. |
