About Us

WB Projects was established in 2005 and in that time we have successfully completed more than 100 fit out and store development projects, representing over 1m square feet of space. The scale and type of project we undertake can range from 1,000 to 100,000 square feet in refurbishments, extensions, new stores, roll outs or minor works. Some of our projects have involved substantial structural and infrastructure work and we have worked in Retail Parks, Outlet Centres, High Streets and Central London.

Our strength is our people. Our qualified team have over 200 years combined experience in the construction and fit out industry and they are supported by a cadre of quality consultants and sub-contractors who have worked with us over many years. We invest substantially in the training and development of the team to ensure that we have up to the minute and relevant knowledge and skills.

We are fully committed to Health & Safety and Sustainability. We have a dedicated, qualified team who keep abreast of current thinking and ensure all requirements are met on site.
Our team have the skills to carry out Health & Safety inductions, Asbestos Awareness training and manage the required records. WB have ISO 14001 accreditation and FSC® certification; we are qualified to undertake SmartWASTE training and signed up to the Considerate Contractors Scheme. Members of our team sit on the Marks and Spencer SHE committee and are actively involved with their Plan A initiative. We have managed innovative environmental projects and have used TRUCOST to measure the CO2 emissions of our sites and benchmark against the industry.

In our experience early involvement with the client and the project can generate considerable added value through efficient programming and phasing which is extremely important when working in live trading environments requiring minimum disruption.

Close collaboration with the client, excellent communication and a skilled team have helped us to deliver many projects with zero defects.
